:  In 9 months time, C++Builder 5 Developer's Guide has sold even more than 10,000 copies, and is in the process of being translated into other languages (such as Polish, Russian and Simplified Chinese, and may be translated to Greek, Italian, Korean and Japanese too).
: As a consequence, there now is a second printing, in which the PDF file that comes with the book (containing everything - even the chapters that were not printed on paper) will be updated with a TOC with links in the navigation pane and links from the index. Only 1398 of the 2048 pages could be bound in one book, but the entire book is also available as PDF-file on the CD-ROM (some chapters are only available on CD).
: The book is reviewed by Brian Long in the UK-BUG Developer's Magazine.
